This is something that I would recommend to everybody, especially if you are planning on purchasing major stuff. It provides a sense of security because everything you buy is protected. Anything goes wrong they are on top of it and will handle it immediately, anything!

These are the best printers, hands down. Ink lasts forever, and my last printer that this one replaced was 5 years old and I put ink into it 1 time.

I was sort of pleased with the service until I called to speak to a geek squad tech about a 450 dollar brand new microwave issue. The tech put me on hold for about 4.5 minutes and didn't remedy the problem. He said he'd call me back and of course he never did. Problem Lg microwave as an option to link it to the Lg app on your cellphone to check on functionality and such and course mines won't after spending 450 dollars you want what you pay for. Just saying.

Super awesome deal! However, I wish this did also cover computer parts. I understand why it doesn't as the parts are in the thousands of dollars. But still, some protection would be nice.

I buy the annual package to cover all of my purchases.

This protection is great I have it for my computer also. I had a little problem with it and called them. They was gonna send a tech over for free but solved the problem over the phone.

I'm not sure exactly how to review this but I can tell you that since the initial purchase that convinced me to buy this plan, ALL subsequent purchases have come with the plan for free.

This protection plan covers all our purchases and gives us discounts for them. The services provided are timely and professional.
