Mobile protection, can’t beat it, always such a great product to have

We have had this for only a couple of weeks, but the ice is really good, we only use filtered water. Great edition, especially since our Samsung refrigerator's ice maker freezes up and quits making ice.

I was sort of pleased with the service until I called to speak to a geek squad tech about a 450 dollar brand new microwave issue. The tech put me on hold for about 4.5 minutes and didn't remedy the problem. He said he'd call me back and of course he never did. Problem Lg microwave as an option to link it to the Lg app on your cellphone to check on functionality and such and course mines won't after spending 450 dollars you want what you pay for. Just saying.

Dont have to worry about my electronics to mess up and stores dont fix my items live their protection

This is something that I would recommend to everybody, especially if you are planning on purchasing major stuff. It provides a sense of security because everything you buy is protected. Anything goes wrong they are on top of it and will handle it immediately, anything!

Since the change of the protection plans I’ve been a total rewards member and would highly recommend purchasing one especially if you buy a lot of electronics from BB.

Cant beat this. I love to game, and when my controllers stop responding like it use to, with this plan you have up to two years to replace it. Can't beat that.

Definitely worth the investment if you have a lot of items. I had purchased a camera and lens 2 months prior to signing up for the protection plan, and BB had no problem adding those older items to the plan.

I always get these...I have the household geek squad plan, so they're automatic. I am always grateful when my kids break something and I can get it fixed or replaced without spending a bunch of $$

Become a total member it’s worth it! We have save so much money and time shopping with Best Buy solely on reliability! They will either fix it or completely replace!

Having Total Tech for us is a no-brainer. I know electronics-audio-video are so much easier to set up than a decade ago and add-on warranties can be a hassle to use if you have to...so having this is a worry we dont have and protection we always get from BB
