    I wouldn't leave with a device, TV, laptop, etc. without purchasing a 24mths protection plan. It has come in handy on a number of products I have purchased.

    You can’t go wrong with Total Tech coverage. You get so many assurances that you have no worries when it comes to buying anything at Best Buy. It’s worth having just for the Geek Squad alone

    John was the tech who came and set up the system of arc and subwoofer. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us decide which other speakers were needed for surround sound.
