    I wanted to protect my investment by purchasing Best Buy insurance. Do'nt believe in single point failures when you invest over $5K in a TV and sound system.

    The employees I have had were always so pleasant, on time and just nice people. Best of all they are extremely knowledgeable and answer all my questions and explain everything to me. Great service!

    Well worth the miney. Have them come out one time and it paid for itself. I had the geek squad come out 3 times in one month for adjusting and helping me, easy to make appts and terrific service....

    Having the protection plan is a must have for piece of mind on purchases. We buy alot from bestbuy and having the protection is a must!

    Am single, live alone, and am not very tech savvy,. Having purchased an upgrade from iPhone 8 to iPhone 13-Pro, plus new printer, subsequently also purchased a new computer, it's wonderful having the Geek squad available for and potential assistance,

    Saves a lot of money in the long run. I nevet worry about replacing or servicing any of my purchases; they're all covered. This includes gift items.

    Super awesome deal! However, I wish this did also cover computer parts. I understand why it doesn't as the parts are in the thousands of dollars. But still, some protection would be nice.
