I love the best buy protection plans! I recommend the total tech so that you receive protection for all items purchased in the year.

Called to have servicing and found out a bunch of “hidden” things that don’t really allow for servicing. Program has changed dramatically since it’s inception.

Total Rewards membership best perk is the automatic coverage. Free shipping, 24 hour support and excellent customer service are all just additional pluses.

I love the protection plan. It is especially nice to have when you still have little kids running around the house.

THE PRODUCT WORKED VERY WELL AND WAS EASY TO INSTALL. IT IS QUITE AND COOLS VERY WELL FOR THE COST IT WOULD BE VERY HARD TO FIND A BETTER PRODUCT.

I have not had to use it. But it gives a piece of mind when buying ARCAM AVR 30 with Bowers and Wilkins 702 S2 for home audio. Then ARCAM AVR20 for Home theater with KEF R11 and R2 for C.

I initially was against the Total Tech program. I now am glad I bought it. It has paid for itself in discounts on purchases, exchanges and extended warranty. It's definitely worth it.

You have to watch where they send they product from. I bought something online and it didn't work. Tried to return it and was told it was from an outside company with only 14 day return not the typical 60 day and also get NO protection on the product. That cost me $100. Otherwise I liked the protection.

Worth buying saves you money in the crew explained what it covers and not covers they're really knowledgeable I would recommend buying this

Light weight and I love the new refillable tanks! Easy to set up the network and I can print from my phone.

Very nice, good bass, good for small outdoor get together. Battery life could be better.

Worth the $200 per year. Simply switch out a defective item or get your money back on a gift card. Has saved us a lot of money in the long run.
