Overall a good printer. Copying, scanning to USB, and printing (including 2-sided) all work as expected. Touch screen is a little small for typing the name of a scanned document is you don’t want it named scan0027, for example.

2 Year protection, that's essentially free. I have complaints about that! Haven't had to use it, but nice to have the peace of mind.

It's worth to have on your devices because of a broken device. I had to exchange a few broken devices. The exchange went well without any problem. The staff was very helpful to me.
