a must have!!!!! You nebver have to worry about a product when you have the protection plan

This is a great monitor for the price, it has amazing quality and refresh rate. This is the second monitor im ordering cause i needed to get a gift for my dad and what better than a monitor to go with his new desktop. Only thing id say i cant speak to is how it holds up over time cause i only had it for about 5 months now

I like being a Total Member because it gives me a piece of mind on all the items I purchase from Best Buy. While I might be wrong, I think I receive better customer service because I am a Total Member.

This router is big. Reminds me of the older PC towers. The set up was not as straight forward as I would have liked and I would have to put more of the onus Spectrum because right out of the box, I was not able to get any internet until I rebooted both the Spectrum modem and the router a few times. Once I was connected to the internet, it hasn't given me much issues for the past 2 months. My Internet has dropped a few times but I am not 100% certain if it was the modem or the router causing this. Normally if the modem goes out, I would see an exclamation icon on the router display, but most of the time, the internet would go out, but would pick back up within a minute. I initially purchased this router because my internet kept on dropping with Spectrum, until they sent out a tech and he added a filter to my line and my Internet has been more stable. I do like the UI a lot more than my Nighthawk. I like how you can customize the display to show the time and temp and other things. The MLO feature is fantastic because I have devices that need to be on 2.4 and the fact that I can use the 5GHZ and 6GHZ under the same SSID is great. I don't have to switch between the frequencies. With all of the smart devices I have, I noticed that since these need to be on 2.4GHZ, my devices kept on disconnecting. I googled all over the internet and I could not find anything that was causing my smart devices to disconnect. Usually after a reboot, everything would work again. So after some experimenting, I disabled the RX & TX in the Flow Controller and my devices have been working ever since. This router is really future proof and if everything works correctly, this router should last you 7-10 years until you have to upgrade.

love that all my stuff is covered and best buy is easy to work with when there is a problem. They always make it right.
