the customer service was excellent prices with in our range the size was perfect for our bed room my grand children are enjoying cartoons movies .colour and brightness is perfect choosing t v and stands was very easy .the location was not toofar away from us we got protection plan also i became a bestbuy member alsothank you very much for the best buy team

Oh yes another thing is i do recommend getting the protection plan it is worth it down the road its like if something happens to your products you have the option of getting a replacement if it can't be fix

I really like this product. It has a lot of punch for the system that I purchased it with, which is the Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 8. I purchase it for my bedroom, so I just needed something that handle bass rather. I am pleased with this purchase.

[Employee of bestbuy] I will say the protection plans works very well, it covers all my items. Had to replace the screw on my laptop, granted there was a deductible. But who cares about a deductible if it means I won’t have to buy a whole new pc and they fix it fast. I will say it’s still important you still read the t&c on the product you purchased just so your aware what is covered and how it works.

This program is money in the bank if you do not know how to fix or repair your own computer or other devices
