Bought these cameras for my son. Ive had these cameras for over a year and theyre great. Works well with alexa. Clear video, the mic is incredibly sensitive, security lights are bright and a lot of other useful features

Never used the protection from best buy, which means the quality of products are good, I think if I ever get to use it it will be convenient and easy

The best thing protection program I've ever invested in. I usually decline the added protection, but decided to go with it, when purchased kiddos laptop, well it definitely paid off, we were moving and tje laptop got damaged in the move, and was able to gst a replacement.

Printer works fast, scans great with many options including scan directly to your computer, email ect... was easy to setup, it did disconnect for some random reason but canon customer support has been terrific. We originally purchased the 654 model and had called customer service to help setup the scanning function and the lady helping pointed out the 656 model offers double sided printing and fax, so we went back to best buy and exchanged the printers. So far, i would highly recommend this over the printers with small ink cartridges.

Love the cameras but it does come with a self monitoring and recording fee of $9.99/month which we didnt knew about while buying. If you wish to avoid that, you may want to go with other slightly more expensive options like Eufy’s

The total protection plan seems to be a good value although I have not had to use it yet.

Geek Squad and everyone in Best Buy were a HUUUUGE help for me and my little sister. Both our PCs were having issues, and with the protection plan, they helped us out big time. Amazing workers with positive energy! Love Best Buy.
