When I purchase this plan I get in to automatic 24 month free services and warranty that’s pretty cool and saving a lot of money and having full service with out any cost.

I already had a Dell monitor that I loved, so when I saw the Dell S3222DGM on BB website, I really wanted it. After reading the reviews and seeing other people's experiences with this monitor, I decided to buy it.

i got this instead of the shipping cost. it was pretty much the same valeu, but now you can get free shipping for 2 years!! Plus they take care pf you a little better!!

I am so happy I went with being a total tech number for $200 a year. It has more than paid off delivery charges set up charges extra return time and 60 day price match has saved me almost $2000 this year.

I needed a house call for printer malfunction. Service agent was early and provided excellent communication. Issue fixed in one visit.

I like my total protection plan with BB. If I have questions/need repairs, I just make an appt with the Geek Squad and they take care of my needs.

With as much as I shop at Best Buy I figured I might as well get total tech. When I say I don't regret it, I mean it! It has paid for itself several times over!

Best Buy's buyer protection plan is, as Tony the Tiger would say, Greeeat! They take care of my computers and now my recumbent bike. And I find the folks at The Geek Squad most helpful with advice when I buy different products. This is a "No Brainer!"

I always by my electronics or household appliances through Best buy knowing that they are covered through the total tech membership! Never had any problems with refunds or replacements!

I just purchased a new laundry washer and dryer and got the 24 month protection included for free since I also have a TotalTech membership with Best Buy. This is very much worth the annual TTM fee.
