Overall a good printer. Copying, scanning to USB, and printing (including 2-sided) all work as expected. Touch screen is a little small for typing the name of a scanned document is you don’t want it named scan0027, for example.

These are the best printers, hands down. Ink lasts forever, and my last printer that this one replaced was 5 years old and I put ink into it 1 time.

What a value!! Pay one fee to cover all of your electronics, including the ones not purchased at Best Buy!! WOW, you cannot go wrong. Plus installation of big screen TVs, the installation charges alone covers this cost of the protection.

Really good if you plan to buy lots of products from Best Buy the first year. Moved to a new home and this came in clutch. However, I still would of rather have the 5 year geek squad option

Best Buy's buyer protection plan is, as Tony the Tiger would say, Greeeat! They take care of my computers and now my recumbent bike. And I find the folks at The Geek Squad most helpful with advice when I buy different products. This is a "No Brainer!"

Total Protection is a little pricey, but well worth the price in the end. You get some good deals when you have Total Protection.

The Total Tech Membership is the only way to go if you are a Best Buy customer. We benefit from screen protector replacements for our phones, warranties, and services.

The protection that Best Buy has is great because that way I take my worries away if something happens to me in the future, my laptop and things have insurance so I can replace it

it is better to buy, if you have any problems with any merchandise you purchase, the warranty, if you have a tv that goes out, any problems, it can be fixed or replaced, buy it

These is the best option Best Buy has come out with! I have saved over $2,000 in the past 12 months not including the warranty on all products I purchase.
