The Best Buy Protection Plan extends the warranty for 2 yrs. past the original 1 yr. warranty provided by Samsung. It provides coverage that also provides peace of mind, knowing that if anything goes wrong, we will have 3 full years of warranty.

I used the plan with the installation of a microwave. They were on time, professional removed the old microwave and installed the new one. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Love my Best Buy total tech membership. They are responsive when we have problems & when we bought a fridge that did not meet our expectations, they took it back & exchanges it without a lot of hassle.

If you tend to buy a lot of technology including TVs, etc. This plan is excellent. The service is better than other stores for sure particularly if you are not handy.

Total Tech is an great deal! We had our TV deliver, mounted, sound bar system wired connected, cables hidden and all with an extended 60 day return/price match window. We were able to save an additional $230 by utilizing the extended price match!

This is so worth it! No brainer 2year coverage if anything. Best Buy’s has the best tech support.

I have declined extended coverages in the past, so getting two years with a product purchase gives you something that can be very useful. I like the total tech plan, which is good for so many devices and appliances. It’s worth it!

Needed, just in case. Not a lot of money to cover an item that should last but it's covered for at least two years if something does go wrong. Not all items need insurance but the cost is low and if a problem occurs, the cost is covered.

This works great and gices a gaming view. Great buy!
