I initially was against the Total Tech program. I now am glad I bought it. It has paid for itself in discounts on purchases, exchanges and extended warranty. It's definitely worth it.

Total Tech is an great deal! We had our TV deliver, mounted, sound bar system wired connected, cables hidden and all with an extended 60 day return/price match window. We were able to save an additional $230 by utilizing the extended price match!

Well worth the cost. Four calls for help with new printer. No one could fix but computer renewed by each geek squad call. No cost update after annual fee. Computer updated and never left my office desk

Needed, just in case. Not a lot of money to cover an item that should last but it's covered for at least two years if something does go wrong. Not all items need insurance but the cost is low and if a problem occurs, the cost is covered.

i got this instead of the shipping cost. it was pretty much the same valeu, but now you can get free shipping for 2 years!! Plus they take care pf you a little better!!

Get great service is there is a problem. As such best buy is the only electronics store I go.
