This product is amazing.It gives our leisure time more enjoyable and sounds good to listen. Best but offers great deals that customers could afford through their 0 interest for number of mounts.

I have yet to try the exectution of these plans on totaltech against the old regular ones, but if they are managed the same then this is the best warranty you can get in the market right now, most items are exchanged with no problem for a new one.

With as much as I shop at Best Buy I figured I might as well get total tech. When I say I don't regret it, I mean it! It has paid for itself several times over!

It's worth to have on your devices because of a broken device. I had to exchange a few broken devices. The exchange went well without any problem. The staff was very helpful to me.

Personally this is a must. Best Buy is out go to for great deals and if ever we need repairs or help they are there for us!

Love my Best Buy total tech membership. They are responsive when we have problems & when we bought a fridge that did not meet our expectations, they took it back & exchanges it without a lot of hassle.
