At my arrival they can decide if they can correct the problem I am bringing right there - which has happened 99% of times - and I always leave from there with a smile with my computer-problem solved in such seemingly easy and friendly short time.

Only thing I didnt like was I had other warranties for certain products and there was an issue with that when I signed up for this. I had a 5 year on an appliance and it went to a 2 year when I signed up for this. That warranty is long gone by now and Ive exchanged things and had things covered with no problems. I'd say 4.5 Stars just because of the initial start up problems I had when they went to this program.

I would not buy a Notebook Computer for business use, inclusive of Travel, and not get the extended warranty. Best Buy Geek Squad is a great service, and can use anywhere in the U.S.
