I decided to purchase the Best Buy Protection Plan (Geek Squad Protection) for my device, and after using it, I have mixed but mostly positive impressions. The plan offers solid coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty. It protects against hardware failures, accidental damage (depending on the item), and in some cases even power surges or battery replacements. Knowing that I won’t be stuck with expensive repair bills gives me real peace of mind, especially for pricier electronics.

This router is big. Reminds me of the older PC towers. The set up was not as straight forward as I would have liked and I would have to put more of the onus Spectrum because right out of the box, I was not able to get any internet until I rebooted both the Spectrum modem and the router a few times. Once I was connected to the internet, it hasn't given me much issues for the past 2 months. My Internet has dropped a few times but I am not 100% certain if it was the modem or the router causing this. Normally if the modem goes out, I would see an exclamation icon on the router display, but most of the time, the internet would go out, but would pick back up within a minute. I initially purchased this router because my internet kept on dropping with Spectrum, until they sent out a tech and he added a filter to my line and my Internet has been more stable. I do like the UI a lot more than my Nighthawk. I like how you can customize the display to show the time and temp and other things. The MLO feature is fantastic because I have devices that need to be on 2.4 and the fact that I can use the 5GHZ and 6GHZ under the same SSID is great. I don't have to switch between the frequencies. With all of the smart devices I have, I noticed that since these need to be on 2.4GHZ, my devices kept on disconnecting. I googled all over the internet and I could not find anything that was causing my smart devices to disconnect. Usually after a reboot, everything would work again. So after some experimenting, I disabled the RX & TX in the Flow Controller and my devices have been working ever since. This router is really future proof and if everything works correctly, this router should last you 7-10 years until you have to upgrade.

This easy to understand app, reasonably priced for membership and I love the carry around charger. So much better to get it from Best Buy!!

This was best purchase I have made. I had a bad Samsung TV that was about a year old. They replaced it no questions asked. Computer has been repaired twice in the 3 years I’ve had it and it has paid for itself. Not to mention the discount on new purchases.

Best Buy Protection does what it promises. When something breaks, the process is straightforward and saves you from paying expensive repairs out of pocket. That peace of mind is the main reason this plan makes sense. Now, reality check: if you are careful with your devices or rarely keep electronics long term, this is probably unnecessary. You are paying for risk reduction, not a bargain. Also, the coverage details could be explained more clearly upfront.

This printer is easy to set up, especially using the Epson application downloaded to your phone. Ink is easy to load with no mess & it lasts a long time. Pretty quiet operation & easy to load paper. Really nice that it has a tractor feed & can be set to print one sided sheets to 2-sided & 2-sided originals to 2-sided prints. Very nice, convenient & intuitive. Print wirelessly from phones & computers too.

Love this service and worth the money. Nothing but positive experiance when I have need to use it.

I've actually had no problems with it My washer went out All I had to do is pay a small service fee was like $85 couple weeks later after appointments they had order parts came out and fixed my washer if I wouldn't have had it I'd had to spend several hundred dollars or more to fix my washer some kind of crazy sensor but the gentleman it came was nice he showed me exactly what parts were bad and I got another 90 days extended on his labor in any ports that they put on so that helped out a lot too along with the warranty I still keep with Best buy
