The ability to contact tech support at all hours a plus, BUT there are language barriers at times and some techs listen to what you have to say while others do not.

We bought another large purchase after the tv and didn’t have to pay for the protection plan because we have the 2 year plan.

Not only does it cover your protected devices it also pays for itself with the price for tv/sound bar mounting.
