Best buy protection is the best for all items. I've used it for all of my electronics. You get a discount on extra protection if you're a total tech member.

Getting the monthly Best Buy Protection is always great just incase something happens to the product that you purchase, you know they got you covered.

It worked pretty well for just about a year. I did have some issues but nothing that wasn’t mentioned in the troubleshooting section of the manual until 13 months in. The ice mechanism stopped working and was rendered mostly useless. When I purchased this I bought it for the ice feature. The water dispenser was a plus. It was nice while it lasted but I will say it was pretty tedious keeping in clean. I’d give it 4 if I still had it. Doesn’t really deserve a 2 because it was good while it lasted, and maybe not all machines will have the same issue. But if you’re looking for a long term solution. This gets a 1 in my opinion

Total tech is so amazing!!! I definitely recommend this. If you plan on purchasing a protection plan just get this instead. 2 year protection for everything you buy. Free installation and setup. Best purchase I’ve made.

This has already paid for itself with having an old laptop serviced and having the hard drive replaced! Well worth it and I plan to have other electronic devices update with the Best Buy protection program.
