    Same as I have said about all the protection plans - great value and coverage, but if you need something fixed that isn't a home visit - they send it out to try and repair and your without equipment while the fix is determined.

    At first, I was a little leery about paying an extended service plan, but it has been a nice experience, and it is paid for itself several times.

    This is the first year I have to pay for it monthly. For years I always paid for it annually. Still not a bad monthly fee. Always excellent whenever I need to call for any type of service.
