Had a issue with a port on my tv and part was delivered and geek squad was ready to change out when we noticed a pixel out and it was so easy i got a new tv hassle free and they took the old one no charge we love the protection plan and will never get rid og it

You NEED this! I bought a top of the line TV at Best Buy and it wouldn't work, even for the Geek Squad set-up guys. They removed it and brought in the newest version of that TV and it lasted less than 24 hours before it wouldn't work. The removed it and brought in another one, which works fantastically. Trust me, and get the piece of mmd of the Best Buy Protection.
