Well worth the money for membership. Had problems with my gaming computer’s and they fixed them right up and pretty quick repairs.

I have been a long time customer with Best Buy. I purchase their service programs - I have had to use them - and the service is awesome.

It worked pretty well for just about a year. I did have some issues but nothing that wasn’t mentioned in the troubleshooting section of the manual until 13 months in. The ice mechanism stopped working and was rendered mostly useless. When I purchased this I bought it for the ice feature. The water dispenser was a plus. It was nice while it lasted but I will say it was pretty tedious keeping in clean. I’d give it 4 if I still had it. Doesn’t really deserve a 2 because it was good while it lasted, and maybe not all machines will have the same issue. But if you’re looking for a long term solution. This gets a 1 in my opinion

I know as long as I have it I will be secured and won’t have to pay full price for repair

Those guys were amazing. They installed my new TV and removed my old TVs. They even took their time to show me how to navigate the remote and apps. They answered all of my questions. Very professional.
