I have been provided great service through my Total Tech membership and having the product as I purchase guaranteed for 24 mo is an added benefit.

Ive used many services offered through this program. Its value wonderful but availability of geek squad and getting a quality tech is poor. Not enough quality and trained agents. Sometimes taking 2 or 3 appointments to get what should be 1 appointment which takes usually erliest available 3 weeks appreciate the waranty .

Great product worth having to protect your products, it better to be safe than sorry.

This is the best plan ever. I buy a lot of electronics throughout the year. now ,I don’t have to worry about getting insurance every time I purchase a new electronic the Best Buy plan protects all my purchases.

The protection is very good you can add all of your purchase for that year and thwy will be covered

the value you get from this is actually quite good. it cost about the same as buying coverage for a single item...this covers everything for two years. first thing like this that i have purchased in over 20 years.
