    Thank God I’ve never had to use the protection warranty on any of my Best Buy products but I have it just in case. With the storms we’ve been having in Texas the past few years, you never know.

    Monthly Best Buy protection comes complimentary when you have Total Tech membership. I am saving hundreds of bucks already since being a member.

    Overall I've not had to use it yet but when I was buying separate protection plans they never fail me when products became defective so I expect this to be better.

    We buy alot of items from Best Buy every year. 2 year warrenty with Total Tech membership is a no brainer. Never had an issue with Best Buy warrenty.

    My 2 year protection plan is very convenient. Any product I need installed or help with. They are available. No installation fee. They put up my ring camera no problem. Help with a problem with my refrigerator.

    This came in handy. My dog knocked over my laptop. After 1 month of geek squad working on it and determining it couldn't be fixed. They credited me my purchase price, via gift card.
