    I never thought I would really need this protection for my entire kitchen of new appliances, but one item had a scratch, and this Protection Plan immediately replaced it within a week, no questions asked.

    the best warranty ever in USA, peace of mind, they are so professional, may be the only issue with home visits they are busy & show up after 5+ days from the request, doesn`t work with some appliances like the fridge that needs immediate fix

    My 2 year protection plan is very convenient. Any product I need installed or help with. They are available. No installation fee. They put up my ring camera no problem. Help with a problem with my refrigerator.

    I have had 2 of these, only problem is i can't get replacement parts. Exhaust house cracked 2 weeks after protection plan ended, due to the bands on the end, can't order generic replacement hose online and Best Buy says the don't have it to sell to me but they will send someone out for $50...and then what, the don't have the part either? Will not be buying Best Buy's store brand again for this reason
