Love that it protects my product for so long with any worry.

I waited to write this review because of concerns I had with the life of the battery in the Galaxy Ring. I was correct in my worries! I had the Ring for under a year when I started noticing the battery wouldn't last as long as it had in the past. When I first got the Ring the battery would last about 5 to 6 days. The ring started having battery issue about six months into using it. At that time I researched that the battery life would improve if it was paired with the Galaxy Watch. I had a watch already so I started using it again to see if it helped the ring's battery life, it did for about three months but the battery started to drain faster. I finally got tried of resetting the ring and other recommendations I found online and on the Samsung support site. I reached out to Samsung support and sent the ring in for repair. Unfortunately, the ring was out of warranty for less than a month and Samsung wanted to charge me $107.17 for the repair! To say I was P!$$ed was an understatement!

I like the fact of all my products being covered when purchased. The geek squad being online to troubleshoot and even come out to my home to fix any problems. Live it!!!!!

I have had it for a few years, never used it , but just in case I have to use it it will save me money.

Purchased as part of a big screen TV plus delivery and install by the Geek Squad. Cheaper than buying delivery and install separately. Plus the technical expertise is welcome.

The only thing I can say is that we love the way it sounds and how loud it is, we are happy with it.
