Same as I have said about all the protection plans - great value and coverage, but if you need something fixed that isn't a home visit - they send it out to try and repair and your without equipment while the fix is determined.

This plan is a great deal. Not only do you save money but you get free delivery installation and haul off of the old units. We are very satisfied with this.

The ring itself is very helpful. I love the information it gives and I do believe it is accurate. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because I’ve had it less than a year and my battery is already gone. It cannot hold a charge longer than a day. It is no better than my Apple Watch. Not worth paying soo much money for the ring and by 8 months it goes from 5 days of charge to not even getting through 24 hrs.

This is always a good protection to have. You know never know what will happen to a product under everyday use.

Joined the Total Tech which includes a protection plan with no additional cost. This provides an ease of mind if anything were to go wrong.

The price is always awesome and they have price match i just wish that u guys have like a promo code like the ones that frys had.

The managers are always willing to help and the employees give you their attention one-on-one though sometimes you have to wait.
