    The Best Buy protection is horrible when i have an issue with my product its always an excuse the Geek Squad is full if it . They have you to leave your product there and you hace to come pick it up . The response is that the product is fixed and its not fix nor do they replace plese BEWARE of this SCAM

    My experience with the tech who initially set up my tv and sound bar was disappointing in that he did not provide enough information on the setup or features of the products. However, the technicians subsequent to him were very thorough.
