    spent 50 hours on phone with hard to understand geek squad a guy was supposed to come to house but he cancelled had to drive 1hour to nearest bestbuy then another to pic up also you have to make appointments in advance and store doesnt open untill 11am but they did get me working

    Whenever purchasing any electronic or appliance it is good practice to include Best Buy Protection. They don't make things like they used to.
