Stepping into this, I was a bit skeptical as I've never owned an HP Gaming Monitor before. Bit of an Acer man myself, but this monitor has exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, for the price, you're greeted with almost all the features you can think of. A beautiful 27 inch panel that's as sharp as is gets and allows me to use my 2017 MacBook Air as a desktop replacement thanks to its Displayport 1.4 connector. I use a PS5 for gaming so I haven't been able to push this monitor to its limit. (will update as soon as I build my PC.) That being said, the customisable RGB, the smooth height adjustment system, tilt, swivel and speakers are all just a delight making it a wonderful addition to my setup. p.s. This was my first tech purchase in LA, literally bought it on Day 2 and now we're a month in and I couldn't be happier for it.

Purchased an Amazon Echo 15 Gen 2. It's so much nicer than the smaller 8" we had before and having a "Portable" tv to take outside as needed is great with the FireTV support. I just purchased an Echo 21 for upstairs to replace and old Echo speaker as well. Great Products and with Alexa+ coming out shortly, looking forward to an even better experience!

If you have A problem call them up and they’ll take care of you. Polite and courteous and sincere. They go above and beyond and take service to a higher limit. Best Buy has always been a great company to work with. We received a brand new computer when the first one wasn’t working properly with the added tech support. That’s also not to mention the great products that they sell nationwide. We love our TV that we purchased from Best Buy.

Great upgrade! So I was on the fence due to early reviews, but it’s simply not true that you can’t see the screen due to the glare. Once it’s on you can see things just fine. If you already have a nest installation will be a breeze. Folks struggling to install likely don’t have gmail accounts. It’s really not that hard. Overall the thermostat is sleek and super nice if you just want it for looks and technology. If you don’t care about looks you can skip the upgrade because the fundamentals are the same compared to the older model. Also you are using google home vs the nest app.

We love this tv! A few months ago our old tv started going bad, so began the search for a new one. After trying both Samsung and Vizio we were in need of a professional opinion because I was over trying and returning tvs. We went into Best Buy and our sales girl was super helpful, she led us to this gem and are so happy she did! The OLED display is truly mesmerizing and the color richness is unlike anything we have had before. The onboard smart TV software, in my opinion is the easiest to use out of all of the tvs we have tried. The remote is very innovative itself, the cursor feature is something we have come to love a lot as it make navigating the tv super easy! The one and only down side is the tv does not sync to our Onyko surround sound system remote like all of our past TVs. I have learned that none of them do this anymore. I really wish I could get it to as that would make this perfect, but it seems to not be an option. Overall, I highly recommend this tv and would definitely buy it again!

LOVE THIS!!! So excited to see this in store. So easy, can go to bed knowing that when I got up my clothes will be dry without having to remember to change it over and having to get out of bed to change or can leave the house knowing when I get home my sheets will be dry so I can make my bed and climb in it!

Thanks to the two Best of the Best Buy Geeks, they worked together for me in setting up and showing me how to use use my new printer! I tried 2 new printers before this one and they weren’t as good with options I wanted.

Overall it’s a great monitor with various plug ins to make it easy to switch from one task to another. It was easy to set up and the ability to tilt the screen is nice. Only downside is I wish it had built in speakers.

The sound quality is excellent, the battery is efficient, and it has interesting features. I love the design, but it's easy to slip out of your hands.

I have been purchasing HP and HP office jet pro for years. They are reliable, printing is excellent I just purchased HP Office Jet Pro 9135e. There was nothing wrong with my the one I had been using. I gave it to one of my grandchildren

Best Buy’s Monthly Protection Plan has been a great investment! When we needed repairs, their service was fast, efficient, and stress-free. It’s a must-have for keeping our devices protected!

I absolutely recommend the Best Buy total protection plan as I have the total best plan whatever they rename it. It pays for itself if you spend $500 a year Best Buy probably more than pay for itself. That’s not the protection plans that counting the discounts on products that they offer daily and free shipping. And it’s also nice being asked at least one store if you want to buy insurance and what does I highly recommend it as from our doorbell to our coffee mug- everything’s electronic nowadays.

I've always had great experiences with the warranty/protection plans from Best Buy. I've either gotten my stuff fixed or replaced. The service reps have always been great. I don't make any big purchases without buying their protection plan.

Awesome!! (So far). Super easy set up. Takes like 20 mins or so but is really simple. Prints pretty fast and is quiet. LOVE LOVE LOVE the ink system on this unit!!! Easily VISIBLE actual ink levels on front of printer. Easy to load paper, photo stock, ink… everything. It’s JUST EASY. Shelling out $65/cartridge for HP ink got really old and expensive. Extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend.
