    The protection plan is worthwhile in my opinion, but as a total tech member, I expect that my membership covers costs of service calls also (otherwise, why pay the almost $200 a year). Due to policy changes about a year ago, service calls are now $99 + tax which is unfortunate and makes you question the benefit of total tech / the warranty

    Adding this protection plan was the most brilliant move I made with my purchase. It’s reassuring to know I’m covered for accidents and repairs. For a few extra dollars a month, it’s like insurance for my tech.

    Geek Squad never disappoints! They always give me the right answer on the spot. Even though we didn't have an appointment we were provided service on the spot and they guided us through a trade in and purchase of a new device.
