Purchased this because I'm a fiend with using multiple windows, both work related and not. This monitor is enormous, crisp, has beautiful colors, and is such an upgrade from my little 23" monitor. Granted, an upgrade like that, it took my eyes a bit of time to adjust. But after a day or two I can't imagine ever going back to a screen so small. Granted, the built-in speakers aren't anything to write home about. I just kept using my other speakers instead. But it's still nice to know that they're there in case I need a back up or something. All in all, VERY happy with this monitor!

I really appreciate that the membership gives me two whole months to try things out and still be able to change my mind. For the products I choose to stick with, the included warranty takes a lot of the worry out of the purchase decision. Rather than fretting over whether I’ve done enough research, I can just try it and keep it if I like it knowing that there’s options for me if something goes wrong.

So corporate Best Buy may hate to hear this story, but the 2 audio install guys at the Janesville store are why I am a geek squad preferred member, they showed me how to program my radio equalizer negating the need for new speakers, so honesty and customer-centric employees still do exist because they could have easily taken my money. The guys then helped me pick out and install a new dash cam system for my granddaughter since I didn’t need the speakers, I’m getting 3 more dash cam systems for my other vehicles-after seeing this new technology for only $200, my best advice to everyone out there is take the stupidity out of stupid drivers with a dash cam, best insurance policy cause a cop is never around when you need them and the video never lies. Love the Best Buy crew for treating me like royalty today, they really know how to treat life-long customers!
