    For being a simple to use printer, it has become an out and out pain to figure out! It keeps taking itself offline. I have to pull the plug to actually turn it off. The instructions provided were "T" Total nonsense! Also, I thought it had a feeder for the scanning and copying. My HP OfficeJet Pro lasted me at least ten to 14 years without any issues similar to the piece of junk this printer is quickly becoming!

    Being total tech member, you automatically get the 2 year protection. If you get enough products it pays for itself.

    If you shop at best buy its a great subscription to have . On purchase i have saved ove $1200 in protection plan , and installation.
