I love my Best Buy protection plans. As a member, we’ve saved because what would have previously been a “too much hassle to return” mindset is now a “it’s what we pay for” mindset. The few times we’ve had an issue, we’ve been able to take an item back to the store and find a quick replacement. Plus when we’ve needed to reorder items (filters), the protection plan means it’s in our account so we’ve been able to find it quickly and easily with the help of salespeople! I highly recommend it to anyone who shops there often or makes big purchases. The calue speaks for itself!

Great I don’t have to pay out of pocket for anything

Had always come in handy. I generally try to buy everything from BB so i can stay on this plan.

We had to wait two months for our washer and dryer. Only to be informed on the day they were to be delivered... they weren't in stock. In the meantime we had given our old machines away anticipating the delivery. We were told it was a priority delivery, as part of the Best Buy membership Insurance... very disappointing services. As for the 4 in one microwave... it works as expected, except for the fact it does not contect to our wifi as it is supposed to do so.

Its a good product service to have, help you on call or if you go to store inperson, its good

The protection is great, especially if you have several items. They see you quickly and either repair while you wait. Or you can choose to pick it up after the repair is completed.
