Geek squad came to our home to try & fix our HP printer. Printer couldn’t be fixed but the Tech worked hard to try & fix it! We bought a Brother printer after that. Have had it approx. 3 years now & it has worked well until recent. Have had to unplug it & turn back on bc it says it needs toner sometimes when it doesn’t!! But unplugging & restarting works!

Gives peace of mind and help when I need it. Best part of Best Buy are the Best People!

I have always purchased Applecare for any Apple that I buy. The fact that Applecare automatically comes with my Total Tech Membership is a real bonus.

Annual meberships bring extreme coverage benefits to everything you buy from BB, without having to add it individually per item, which id you did so, can really add up! Also, why buy anything without coverage if its offered, especially if you get it at one annual set price, for EVERYTHING! I will always renew the membership, I have needed and used the benefits, hassel free!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF the memberships!
