haven't had to use it, but the options is always great.

Great thing to have. It’s like having insurance but the reassurance that the Geek Squad will be able to take care of it. And if they can’t fix it then they can replace it.

Purchased this because I'm a fiend with using multiple windows, both work related and not. This monitor is enormous, crisp, has beautiful colors, and is such an upgrade from my little 23" monitor. Granted, an upgrade like that, it took my eyes a bit of time to adjust. But after a day or two I can't imagine ever going back to a screen so small. Granted, the built-in speakers aren't anything to write home about. I just kept using my other speakers instead. But it's still nice to know that they're there in case I need a back up or something. All in all, VERY happy with this monitor!

This is my second HP 9135e to purchase for an employee in our office! This printer is great. It prints quickly, smoothly, and doesn't go through ink too fast.

We find this to be of an excellent value to cover multiple devices under the same umbrella

Paying overtime with no interest is tge best way to go. Uou get what you need or want and have time to pay for it later, best way to go in mh opinion.

I was hesitant at first to spend the money for geek squad protection. Now I don't know how I lived without it. I have had them set up a laptop and a desktop computer transfer information and they were honest enough with me to tell me that they were unable to give me any credit for a trade-in and explained why.

The customer service at the Best Buy store was great. Very informative and helpful
