I've been getting it the protection plan for a few years now and it has been helpful. I've been able to take my items in for service without a hitch and get it addressed fairly fast. They were able to tell me if it was software or hardware and assist me with making the fixes necessary.

Most products I bought through Best Buy, I got that protection for 24 months. It really helps me if my there's something wrong in my products that I bought because they can repair or replace the items. They got a good service.

The product has a great sound and look. But I will never have an item delivered again! Although you get phone notifications I can’t believe they sit important items in front or at the rear of a home and never ring a doorbell to make sure you get your items. Very disappointed in this process. Can’t believe that’s acceptable. Don’t care if you take a picture ring the doorbell. Wow! Two items received today 800 bucks spent and you can’t make sure to ring a doorbell to make sure we know the delivery is here? At some point we rely too much on the cellphones and loose common sense. Just not happy with the delivery process.

The cost of the membership package easily pays for itself every year. The staff in the tech service department are very professional and helpful. Im “tech challenged” and am impressed with the patience and respect that I’m given! That constitutes as GOOD Customer Service which is rare in this current culture!

The installer for my Samsung Washer and Dryer was exceptional. He and his partner were quick in removing the old items and installing/testing the pair. They were clean and very pleasant. Gail Teicher
