The product has a great sound and look. But I will never have an item delivered again! Although you get phone notifications I can’t believe they sit important items in front or at the rear of a home and never ring a doorbell to make sure you get your items. Very disappointed in this process. Can’t believe that’s acceptable. Don’t care if you take a picture ring the doorbell. Wow! Two items received today 800 bucks spent and you can’t make sure to ring a doorbell to make sure we know the delivery is here? At some point we rely too much on the cellphones and loose common sense. Just not happy with the delivery process.

These GE - U-shaped air conditioners are fantastic. I bought one two weeks ago and it's unbelievable how well it works. It is quiet, as they claim, and very easy to install. I'm 70 years old and installed it with no problems. I like it so much I just bought another one for my bedroom.
