    I absolutely love these guys! They did some amazing customer service in reviewing the gaming PC that I returned!! I absolutely love Best Buy and The Geek Squad is extremely helpful!!

    Although there is a manufacturer warranty getting an extended warranty always gives me comfort and occasionally it has paid benefits.

    I'm a Total Rewards member and have been for years. When some I buy goes off Warranty, I usually extend it for a small monthly fee.

    BEST COVERAGE EVER!!!!! I am so glad that I discovered this program. In the past, I'd always been the "No, I don't need the warranty or insurance" kind of person. Not anymore, at least w/ the Best Buy Protection plan. It has saved us more than once!! Because of this program, I buy ALLLL of my electronics, appliances, etc from BB. When I am looking to buy something, Best Buy is my very first check!!

    I've been getting it the protection plan for a few years now and it has been helpful. I've been able to take my items in for service without a hitch and get it addressed fairly fast. They were able to tell me if it was software or hardware and assist me with making the fixes necessary.
