The manager at tinley park il location is the reason I shop at Best Buy and have this membership. Glad he recommended it !

Printer couldn’t be fixed but the Tech worked hard to try & fix it! We bought a Brother printer after that. Have had it approx. 3 years now & it has worked well until recent. Have had to unplug it & turn back on bc it says it needs toner sometimes when it doesn’t!! But unplugging & restarting works!

They see you quickly and either repair while you wait. Or you can choose to pick it up after the repair is completed.

The sub is working despite its super old appearance, like someone really abused it. I just hope that Geek Squad will acrually cover it if anything fix But the peace of mind is priceles.
