    The cost of the membership package easily pays for itself every year. The staff in the tech service department are very professional and helpful. Im “tech challenged” and am impressed with the patience and respect that I’m given! That constitutes as GOOD Customer Service which is rare in this current culture!

    This portable ac unit helped so much! My ac went out in my house and while waiting to get it fixed i boight two of these to help keep the house cool and it did a pretty good job. There were no issues, super easy to setup.

    Purchase the total tech protection plan. It protects all your electronic devices for two years. Don’t have to worry about paying extra for warranty. Worth it.
