Most products I bought through Best Buy, I got that protection for 24 months. It really helps me if my there's something wrong in my products that I bought because they can repair or replace the items. They got a good service.

The Geek Squad have been very helpful with the various I.T. issues we have encountered. They have been very good fixing all of our issues. I would highly recommend purchasing the yearly service.

Best Buy Protection offers a great value for Total Members compared to buying directly from the manufacturer and relying on just that warranty. Best Buy Protection takes the hassle of dealing with shipping your device/s all over the place in the event a failure occurs. If you take good care of your tech, I can't recommend this more. Namely because you cans imply bring the item back into the store and not have to jump through a billion hoops like you tend to have to do when dealing with the manufacturer directly. This is one of the main reasons I tend to get all my devices directly from Best Buy.

The coverage Protection you get from Best Buy is awesome. My Security Camera‘s that I bought from Best Buy had protection coverage and I had to use the protection coverage. They were helpful and made the process fast and easy. I definitely recommend Protection coverage especially on electronic products.

Fantastic audio, fantastic product, fantastic company. This is best in class. The new Sonos software is a bit buggy, but it worked itself out after about 30 minutes. I hear a lot of folks complain about connectivity issues but I have experienced none. At least some of those complaints have to be end user error. I’m an IT professional and I see this all the time. I’ve owned Sonos products for over 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed nor have I needed to contact Sonos to fix the issue. Sometimes reading the instructions helps, lol! Again, great product and I will be continuing to expand my Sonos system! Amazing work Sonos!
