    I had a litter robot (Whisker) that stopped connecting to wifi. Best Buy gave me a full refund towards purchase of a new robot

    Best Buy Protection is amazing I remember when I was having issues with my phone I was able to trade it with no problem or when my earbuds stopped working correctly & I was able to get a new pair and not have to pay for them in full!!!! Also the workers are helpful and very efficient!!!!

    The protection plan has been great and already has paid for itself. I went in expecting with my old laptop expecting to pay a lot of money, but was totally covered by this plan. Cannot say enough good about it.
