Nice for the price last tv it wasnt honored. Not sure why.

Decent monitor. I was disappointed with the quality of the picture considering the tech specs would make you think that the picture would be pretty stellar. Also the input ports went bad in less than two years. End of the day, I would not recommend this monitor to anyone.

Best Buy has usually been great about service and warranties.

Warranties are not usually my thing, but decided this item needed some extra protection

Super Slow to warm up and a very long delay to get a print job to finally print. Not sure if it has to do with the fact that printers are now forced to have wifi connectivity (to set it up). I feel like possibly there is a fault in my unit (it keeps calibrating). It intermittently prints quick then long mostly when printing an email it takes forever. I have a FAST internet service at my office so it is not that I need to upgrade my modem. Take a chance with this unit if you want as when it does FINALLY print the clarity is good in color.

After spending 2 hrs on the phone, customer tech could not solve issue and scheduled in home geek squad service…THREE WEEKS from date of call. Unable to use my large screen tv installed by Best Buy because Roku ultra, which they also installed, stopped communicating with tv making it impossible to stream my channels. The following day, I was able to resolve on my own by simply by pushing button on back of Roku remote to re-pair Roku with tv. Why couldn’t they resolve this over the phone? Unreasonable to have to wait 3 weeks to resolve…should have been an add-on to the schedule to be scheduled within 3 days, as I requested, as it would have taken them but a few minutes to troubleshoot. I emailed the manager as well as designer but received no response

I have bought several tvs, soundbars, Sonos speakers, and a surround sound system among other things from Best Buy over the last two years. It was okay when there was an issue with one of my purchases and Best Buy would come out for free to fix something I bought from them. Then they changed it to where if something broke I had to pay for them to come out. Granted

It’s worth every single penny, it doesn’t cost a lot but it’s worth a whole lot you need it. You should get it. I recommend it.

Saved me lots of money and has great perks. Good to have in case of damage to any products you buy.

I bought these cameras so I could have all my google home products in one app. I wish I just bought the ring cameras instead. Now I’m stuck with these due to the amount of money I sunk into them. The cameras are great when they work. However, they randomly go offline and won’t go back on till they feel like it. All my cameras were installed and hardwired by an electrician so the power shouldn’t be a problem. The worst part is having to pay yearly for the service to record events with these cameras. You’re paying 100-200.00 a year for cameras that only work sometimes. BUYER BEWARE JUST BUY RING.
