Went from awesome to meh

Skipped a few steps installing that I know should be done per Sony, like calibrate the speakers which took me less than a few minutes through it..I have no problem going through options and set up but many folks, older folks do

This time they were stumped on pairing my Bose sound bar…. I would have a higher rating not because of my recent experience….this is a good service for people who are not very tech savvy.
