24month Best Buy Protection is a good way to have peace of mind.

This purchase was less of an interest on my part but rather an arm twist by the BB manager. I’d like to have a follow up in 12 and 24 months!

I'm a total tech support member and they've changed their policy and I'm stuck with a hp printer that I bought 6 months ago that misprints consistently and when I call geek squad they telling me it will be $100 giving me a 20% discount to have someone come out to my house! Now they want to charge me half of what I paid for the printer, if it walks like a duck and quack like a duck it's a duck! I've been with Best Buy 10 years plus and I'll start looking for a company that honor their policy. Greed destroys what once was a reputable company, my question is what's the use of having a "free" 2 year warranty if you've got hidden charges? Best Buy took away free installations on store purchases, start charging for anti-virus software, a minimum charge of $29 for warranty returns and now $100 to come to your house, please stop playing!!!

I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Upon unboxing, I removed the sticker shield from the camera, only to find that it left behind several spots of stubborn residue. Despite cleaning the surface with Q-tips and alcohol, I couldn’t completely remove it, which left me feeling like the camera’s integrity was compromised. When I proceeded to set it up, I encountered more issues. Despite having a Deco Wi-Fi mesh system with three satellites and 1 GB upload/download speeds, I couldn’t get the camera to connect to my network. After multiple attempts and enabling the 2.4 GHz radio on my router, it still wouldn’t connect. Given the setup frustrations and my concerns about the app’s functionality after reviewing it, I ultimately decided to return the product. While the concept of this monitor is appealing, the execution left much to be desired in my case.

With the way quality goes down hill, you feel you are forced to buy this .

It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

You get what you pay for…protection. I don’t even think about it.

The product works well. I like the fingerprint sensor.

Its getting a little too expensive for this total best buy membership.

Battery doesn’t last long. It’s okay. Do more research.
