    The sub is good. The soundbar is not good. Muffled audio.

    Have mixed feedback, it all depends on the guys coming for delivery or installation , each one acts their own way. Some are great but some are worst, very rude

    Good insurance product if you plan on purchases large amounts of product in a year. Covers all items purchased.

    Best Buy lost a long-term customer today. You guys could learn a thing or two from the large home improvement stores and how they view the value of long-term customers. Don’t waste your money on TotalTech and the false sense of security it provides. TotalTech is supposed to provide 24 months of protection. However, there is no longer any value in buying from Best Buy. I thought TotalTech is what separated Best Buy from others. It is not. We had a Best Buy home theater consultation visit in March ‘22 and based upon their recommendation, we purchased an 85” Sony TV, soundbar w/sub (HTZ9F) and wireless rear speakers (SAZ9R) along with speaker stands and mounts. When the rear speakers did not cut out, the system works extremely well, and we were very pleased. However, the rear speakers performed inconsistently and cutout very badly at times, especially when watching our favorite shows. Surround Sound is not supposed to include intermittent cutting out. After a home visit to diagnose the speakers, and many subsequent phone calls to TotalTech with no solution or recommendation, I returned the speakers to the store and received a full refund. Let me backup. I only received a store credit, not a refund. The SAZ9R speakers are discontinued and no longer available. The SAZ9R speakers ONLY work with the HTZ9F soundbar. We are past the 60 day return 'policy' but since these speakers are discontinued and are no longer available, this should make the soundbar AND speakers refundable. Best Buy refused to either refund me for the soundbar or even give me trade-in value. The manager tried to downplay the importance of rear speakers in surround sound, so I asked him, “then why do they make them and why do you sell them?”; No answer. We were willing to pay the difference of ~$1,000 to upgrade to the HT A5000 soundbar, speakers (SA-RS5) and Subw (SA-SW3), which is the most comparable Sony package to what we have. So now, we either pay out of pocket for used rear speakers from eBay or we do without them. Very poor customer service. Remember, Customer Service begins when Customer Experience ends. You have poor customer service.

    Unfortunately, I haven't even turned this on and it's extremely likely I'm returning it. The folio cover is inexcusably awful. It literally does not stay attached, and it just falls right off. I would have to carry masking tape to attach it to the screen securely. When configured as a stand, it's not even the width of the monitor and doesn't hold securely. This screen is just a recipe for disaster with no way to protect it and the stand mechanism being so flimsy and weak. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this. What a shame. BUYER BEWARE!

    If you’re looking for a reliable and budget-friendly monitor, you may be better served in seeking alternatives. The refresh and resolution are OK, but you may experience some compatibility issues and blue light sensitivity. The machine also has an annoying beeping warning that is difficult to manage in settings. I generally favor LG products, namely their great TVs, but was a bit disappointed here.

    I should’ve went with another brand. I like over-the-ear feature because I move around, but there’s hardly any noise cancellation. If a TV is on, it’s difficult to listen.

    It is a huge pain to get items repaired. No way to track the status of the replacement parts and never get notified when they’re in. It takes months to replace certain items. Some times the replacement order gets lost and never completes. Several trips to store.

    JVC DVD/CD receiver with XM Tuner

    I was unhappy with the navigation screen and the difficulty in switching from one app to another, especially the Sirius/XM radio functions. Then I had issues where the unit would not turn off, even if the engine of the car was turned off. The only way to stop the radio from playing was to disconnected the battery. Sent in to Best Buy Geek Squad which found the JVC defective and have replaced the JVC unit with an equivalent Kenwood unit. Hopefully, this new unit will be easier to navigate and to operated.

    Great value and service in store is great. Hate the online service. Have had several online contacts which were unsatisfactory and ended up pulling the hardware and taking it to the store for service. I store service is fantastic
