Geek Squad provides great service. Their in store help and knowledge is above and beyond. I bought a new HP laptop computer and the setup they did was seamless. They loaded the information from my old XP computer and spent time with me to understand the new computer. The Geek Squad is made up of many great technicians such as Carlos, Drew, Loren, Sam and others. Jason was the sales person who started my journey to buy a new computer, then a radio for my truckand later a complete Ring security system. I had a new radio with a backup camera installed in my 2008 Nissan Frontier. Billy did the installation and took the time to explain how to use the radio and backup camera. The Ring Security system is installed and working theans to many Geeks to mention a few such as Jason, Chris, Gage, Mathew and Thomas. Hope I have not forgotten anyone, everyone in the Geek Squad is great in my book. Thans to all the Geeks

A great plan is worth the money to protect your product

I like that it covers electronics, however the manager told me it covered computers, etc., that I already owned. Well I have a older laptop that I was having issues with and I took it in, and the Geek Squad WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT! He said it was only for NEW purchases. HOWEVER it WAS NOT a new purchase I took in when I bought the protection!

The extended warranty gives me piece of mind with the items purchased from Best Buy.

Good protection and excellent customer service from staff

I've had pretty much every Best Buy protection package they've offered since the early 90's. However, the Total Protection package is hands down the most comprehensive and valuable I've ever gotten. This package automatically covers EVERY single thing you purchase from Best Buy and Magnolia, while under the duration of the protection package. It covers all appliances, electronics and everything else you purchase. You don't have to do a thing. Everything is automatically covered whether you purchase in the store or online. In the past, we all had to purchase separate protection packages for EACH item. Well, not anymore! I don't know how much longer Best Buy is going to be able to continue offering this, because it's got to be costing them big time . . . but until they end it . . . I'm enjoying this all the way to the bank :)
