They keep going out.

They worked for a month and I have to call Night Owl every 3-4 wks to help me get them hoing again. I can watch live but they don't record anything.

Not the best HP

The scanner document feeder does not work; so, I have to manually scan each page. Every fifth time I go to print something the printer goes in to "maintenance mode" for a few minutes before it will start printing. If you are not in a hurry and want a cheaper option then this is your printer.

Constantly offline

Bottom line, the hardware is great and the lock worked great when it worked. I had this lock for a week before I returned and I returned it for one reason. It goes offline constantly. In the week I had it, it went offline 12 times. That's absolutely absurd. The only way I was able to get it back online was to reset the wifi connection to the nest connect in the app then remove the batteries and put them back in. 2 times I had to completely factory reset to get it back online. I thought it was a great lock when it was online. I would've kept it but I didn't want to fight with it being offline multiple times per day so I returned it. I tried everything that support and others online had suggested and nothing worked to keep it online for more than a day. I know for a fact it's not a problem with my wifi. After reading online this is a common problem, seems to be a design flaw causing this problem. If Google and nest get it together and make a new one I. The future I may try it but for now with this lock, it's a hard pass for me.

Theyre a little less comfortable and really dont sound great to me. Id avoid or go for airpods.

Buy a computer and it will will not work

Bad warranty at the cost

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dont believe this is a good valve, at the price per year its a costly warranty plan, plus, any warranty service you may need, your charged a fee for your warranty you already paying for and your limited to only 2 request in a year, how the heck is that fair after paying the cost per year and relying on your products not to have any problems cause your only available 2 service request a year, after learning about all these rules i cancelled!!!

Geek Squad is horrible

HUNG-UP on, agents short, poor comunication skills / language barrior / rush through & give several commands at one time. I would NEVER/EVER recommend to anyone. ASKED several times to have installation done in my home... they refused ... RESULTS speak for themselves... BEST BUY ONLY CARES about $$$ !!!!

Horrible Geek Squad Service!

This tech person did nothing, I had to keep asking if he was working on my issue, i would get a one word; yes. Then he was gone. Very Disappointed!

I wouldn’t buy the TP Link mesh over other brands

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely disappointed, and I love the brand, but this is the second thing me I’ve purchased a mesh system from TP Link and it doesn’t perform. The Linksys system it replaced outperformed this newer technology system. I think TP Link hasn’t figured out how to filter out the electrical and magnetic noise, which all houses have, If you use their optimize tool, the system works great for awhile, but slowly degrades back to a low as 8kbps - consistently. It’s not like it drops and picks back up to mbps, it stays in the kbps range. Not good for a high bandwidth multiple gaming/streaming house.
