The added best buy protection is a great advantage of TotalTech! We not only saved a ton of money on delivery and installation, but having 2 year warranties is great since we always seem to have issues happen right after the normal 1 year expires.

When I had problems in the past, Best Buy was there to help with the issues for the device that I needed help with. I've never had any issues with Best Buy denying an Issue. It was always resolved. I highly recommend in the protection plan

Since day one it has had issues printing wifi. It acts like its not matching wifi and it always has. Every time I print from my computer right next to it, i must go through the 5 minute troubleshooting crap. Oh and printing from my phone, LOL workd 1% of the time.

Replacing an item is not as easy as advertised. Good luck getting Geek Squad to help.

We have not needed to use it, but good peace of mind. You also get access to Tech if needed and discounts on new purchases.

Can’t return without original packaging so be sure to save the box and owners manual. 1 month and mine is leaking out the front. Very, very light use. Installation instructions followed perfectly. This machine cheaper for a reason.

Only had it a little over a year. Used it a handful of times and one day it just never turned back on. Out of warranty. It has a nice sound and loud volume when it worked.

I have always kept this protection renewed as it covers all my tablets, computers, earphones, tv's, laptops, etc. & it has paid for itself in free installation, tech work, plus you get special discounts with Total Tech Membership.

Its a pain in the but but they do take a while but will fix the problems

Is a little expensive for what you get. Can be useful if getting a big appliance or tv setup.

Lack of remote or other remotes working with the soundbar is a huge inconvenience.

Not sure yet, just invested in it. Hope its better than trying to get a hold of a live person at a store on the phone

This item is great. Nice and easy to fill and it is nice that you can fill the top 2 rows and run the dishwasher without anything in the bottom. This is great for when you want to clean all your bottles for your little ones.

Good benefit for large purchases requiring instillation. Have not used tech support yet, so can't evaluate at this time.

Havent had to use the service, so hard to say how good it actually is.

i think it is good and useful when you first purchase, but after i have not used much and it is a bit expensive

It's ok but I feel that im paying for nothing every month. Because I don't really need it.
