If you have several apple products, this is good to have. Cheaper than apple plus geek squad benefits.

Waste of money. Sure there are a few times it helps people but in general this is a very profitable product which shows why it’s a scam for the consumer. That’s the nature of insurance.

This is kind of hit and miss with regards to value. Sometimes they don't fix thinigs that I think should be covered.

the gaming console was purchased as a Birthday gift. It took a little bit of assembly, and then hooked up and 3 of us played the game. no issues were noted, it worked well. Birthday girl was happy

Not sure what the issues are, im returning unit for 3rd time. Wired to factory head unit with zero increase of factory treble/base/fade, unit stopped woeking again. Defeats purpose of adding a subwoofer if you cant turn this thing on. Idea of space saving was great but functionality is terrible.

The plan doesnt work as i expected. Its great for some things and others not so much.

I buy all of my electronics form best buy because I love their protections plans. I have never had an issue with them. They have always fixed any issues I have had with any insured items.
