I was a preferred customer with certain parts but when I didn’t need geek squad to come back to my home, I was being charged an extra $120 when I already paid for my protection plan for the year that I do not understand

I love my Geek Squad, it provides help all year long and saves money in purchases and provides product protection too. We have been a member for more than 5 years. A must Best Buy Have

Must buy! I feel like I am doing this review’s multiple times but it’s the same response. You need to have protection for all your products. Just buy all your gadgets through bestbuy!

The 2.4hz goes down all the time.. range isn't that great.

Never had to use it and once you stop paying the crazy annual fee you lose everything even if you bought items, they are no longer covered

Clarity for the camera is not that, Poor app! Easy setup

Best agent should have told me to sign up for the best buy program instead of offering me the 2 year protection. Would have a saved me a lot of money but I'm sure he wanted to pad his sales which is sad

Total Tech is a fantastic deal! It is a key reason why I keep buying from Best Buy plus they price match. Great installation services have been provided multiple times.

Easy setup but I bought a used one and the sound quality wasnt really good.

Our plan was canceled by error on Best Buys side and they will not reinstate plan. Even after speaking with them for almost a month repeatedly and being told it would be done we are now being told opps we are sorry we can not reinstate with no explanation. We have over 20 products under the warranty. Very disappointed in the customer service team in all departments they will purposely end the chat so we have to records or just hang up the call. We went into the store and was told they can not do anything and was given a number to a department that said they dont deal with these problems

I was never one to get any extra protection for my items. I am no longer that person. The fast and kind service you get from the team at Geek Squad are amazing.

Best Buy's protection is the main reason I buy everything from Best Buy. They've always been good about taking care of issues if something is defective or breaks.

Night vision is horrible. Daytime is fine. Playback is somewhat easy.
