I want to put a complaint in on the delivery people from January 20th only. The delivery people were 15 minutes early. They arrived at 6:45am. The delivery person said the fridge would not fit through the door. That was a lie,we measured the fridge prior to purchasing it. The delivery person did not even take the fridge off the truck and did not even try. They were here less then 10 minutes. It was Friday and they wanted to get off work early, which it BS. I then had to wait till Monday to get my fridge. The 2 delivery people on Monday January 23 did an amazing job and got our fridge in with no problems. I want a complaint or in on the Friday January 20th delivery people. They should not have a job since they do not want to work or do their work.

Very Quick Shipping and overall good prices and protection on the product. Have never had any problems with this Best Buy and my favorite to buy from by far.

Did not realize the total tech also included geek squad computer services until recently. This saves me so much time from troubleshooting devices myself.

Microwave only last 1 year. Microwave worked great for first year, now turns on but doesn't heat at all. Would not recommend.

Geek squad protection isnt the same compared to before. It mainly protects best buy from their cost to repair. They would rather give you ur money back and let the consumer buy something else for more money. Thats my experience. They’d rather junk it out.

Functions as an excellent way to keep photos and video memories taken on my cameras. The sale price on the cards made the purchase a great deal.

This is my 3rd ring doorbell I purchased for my children and now myself . Love dealing with Best Buy and their Geek squad. They do price match!

It's a waste of money. It reeks of scam. We will only cover if the unit is bad quality.

worst monitor ive genuinly owned, im a big fan of the asus tuf monitors but this screen type is horrible there is no color it looks bland, i have the older monitor which is a 180 hz instead of the 240, id recommend going with the 180 instead of this garbage, this monitor isnt worth the extra 50$

This is a great protection plan. My last computer got water on it. It would have cost a lot to fix it. With this protection plan it's covered.

Trying to connect accounts was a nightmare. The system refused my password, I know it was correct as this is how I am on the system right now. For a company that is so technical, Bestbuy really needs to get more competent.

This netgear product is overrated The Wi-Fi signal fluctuates. Even with the latest updates. I am back to eero routers. They were way better. The 90 day limit for Phone support and Charging you for parental control are bad deals for customers. I am staying away from Netgear.
