Worse than my TPLink WiFi 6 extender somehow

Speeds are 125mpbs download while on the WiFi 6 it’s 424mbs on the same band 5ghz. I tried 6ghz on my WiFi 7 computer and still it howlers around 90-123 mbs download. Maybe I got a dud but it looks like I’m returning it.

Do Not Recommend

I even went from a 10,000 Btu to a 12,000 and it had the same result definitely Do Not Recommend.

Lousy installation charges even if it isnt working

They want us to pay again for the service because the tech said to exchange equipment and they will return to install. Guess what, if you exchange anything you are having service on. That is considered a new equipment. Thus, pay again for the service. What a rip off.

When it’s time for selling you something they will be like yea we will help you for everything but when you appliance is not working or need replacement you can’t find the person who will help you. They like to take your money for everything but in returns nothing. They services is one of the worst their technicians they don’t know what they are doing. I don’t even know if they are real technicians because they are really good at not fixing the machine for sure or make it worse than before

Took it back order another one. Paid full price next day delivery A. Week later, still haven't gotten a check. Let's see today free delivery. I'm total tech members, which I've been 1 for 10 years. This is terrible customer service

I returned it so the Protection Plan was not needed.

No signal to sattelite from router

Can’t use any devices downstairs without constant buffering. Reset router & synced sattelites to no avail. Very disappointed with product.

Scam coverage

Every single time I call for support or service I get transferred to a call center overseas that doesn’t support any deviation from scripts. Therefore they can’t really support other than sending or scheduled a tech to come to diagnose issues and then another appointment to get things repaired. It is truly a waste of time and money.

It takes 2 weeks just to get a technician out to fix your problem. I had 2 weeks without a brand new $2200 Sony OLED TV which is not working as of yet. I can’t turn on TV or shut it off. Their customer representatives are rude,nasty and totally unhelpful. My appointment for fixing my problem has been rescheduled 2x’s because of their excuse that the technician that was supposed to come out to my house was sick for two days. So what do they do they don’t schedule me again for another two weeks. If you were smart don’t get the tech support program it sucks. A very dissatisfied customer. The sales person that sold me the system Omar doesn’t answer my calls or text. He received his commission and that was the last I heard of him.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

All kinds of problems--almost daily! 1 yr old HP computer running current version of Windows 11 frequently doesn't find the printer or the correct tray. The unit updated its firmware and STILL has problems!!! Had a lot of trouble setting up scanning. The interface on the printer itself makes no sense. I've used HP for years and been very happy. This unit is REALLY BAD! TAKING IT BACK!
