Monthly Best Buy Protection, The geek squad is always on point.

Total Tech membership will pay for it Self after a few times of needing repairs geek squad services or returns I love it.

This is the absolute worst protection plan ever. Had to get to talk to anyone. They send out people high on drugs. I have been stood up 3 times after taking work off with no compensation. And no I have to pay 80 bucks to get someone out to look at something that is covered under this protection plan. DO NOT BUY!!

As always, it is good to have the BestBuy tech support program. The two years program is essential for any tech product.

Total can be good for expensive items. In this case you pay about $200 a year. When you buy something they make an Assumption that the warranty is free, until something don’t work or is defective. Then they want to charge you to return it or to use the total tech warranty. In this case I was charged another $50 to exchange a defective item, Which to me is bs.

I recently made 2 purchases, only reason I did was the offer of paying off in 24 months. Christmas will be good this year.

DO NOT BUY THIS AIR CONDITIONER. I bought one for myself and the fan blade is bent and it sounds like a helicopter is landing in the room. I had also bought one for my daughter (before I knew of the noise issue) and that blade was also bent. The replacement they sent didn't even turn on! AND, if you have Best Buy Total Tech and you pay for installation and they tell you the installer will bring the AC so you don't have to carry this very heavy AC upstairs they are wrong! These AC's ship directly from LG and will be left (probably bent and broken) on your doorstep.

I’ve had this all in one now for 7 months. I have had constant issues with the scanner. Today it’s being returned, I’m picking up another one only because I’m like epson very much and am convinced there’s a glitch in this one.

Have never had to use it ... Yet! But at least it is there in case something goes wrong! Peace of mind for replacments!

Best Buys warranty is always top notch. They take care of me all the time when I have issues with different products.

Save money on shipping and extended warranties and stuff. Pays for itself when you buy it with a TV and get it mounted.

Wasnt really informed all the terms by over eager employee. Probably made a bonus on the sale which idm, but i wish there was just a period of no pressure to purchase

Works well, so far it’s been pretty good no complaints

I purchased yearly Best buy total tech membership in 2022 (which was renewed in 2023) and bought a home security system in 2023. However one of the sensors stopped working and due to change in rules in 2023 the sensor is not covered for home service and repair by total tech membership. I do not see any benefit in going with Best Buy membership anymore. It is really disappointing.

Not consistent in cooking and temperature. It also sometimes makes a weird rubbing sound which freaks me out.

Best buy membership is a must get if you're buying something expensive or if you're buying for than one thing.

I've only had the product for less than a month, so I haven't had to use it, but the peace of mind is worth it

I will never be without Best Buy protection. I am recommending this service to friends, family, clients, etc.

HORRIBLE! NEVER COOLED THE ROOM, ABOUT 30 DAYS IN, STARTED SMOKING AND LUCKILY THE FUSE POPPED AND PREVENTED A FIRE. Best Buy REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. SO, SIMPLY "NOT-THE BEST"-BUY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT ALMOST STARTED A HOUSE FIRE. WASTED 300.00 BECAUSE IM PAST MY RETURN WINDOW....REALLY???
