I've only had the product for less than a month, so I haven't had to use it, but the peace of mind is worth it

I will never be without Best Buy protection. I am recommending this service to friends, family, clients, etc.

HORRIBLE! NEVER COOLED THE ROOM, ABOUT 30 DAYS IN, STARTED SMOKING AND LUCKILY THE FUSE POPPED AND PREVENTED A FIRE. Best Buy REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. SO, SIMPLY "NOT-THE BEST"-BUY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT ALMOST STARTED A HOUSE FIRE. WASTED 300.00 BECAUSE IM PAST MY RETURN WINDOW....REALLY???

Free instillation with my Total Tech Purchase. Saved a lot of money. Also free sevice after installation.

I have total tech so it works out this way. its better to have it and not need it that the opposite.

We got rescheduled 4 times when scheduling to have our security cameras put in. We had to take off of work multiple times. When we finally got a tech to be able to come out here he called us and never showed up. We called and talked to someone about making sure he made it out since we were unable to ask for anymore time off. The person we talked to called dispatch and said he would for sure come out. The tech Nick never showed not even a phone call. We purchased the total tech only to have our cameras installed so for them to have NO customer courtesy or communication I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!

Getting this protection is really a life saver! Always get it even though you think you don’t need it

Garbage! No proper set up! Left vulnerable to gang stalking. My Microsoft suite stolen. I went into drop of my HP for windows 11 proper installation. Instead they left spam and one code! And left all my information to be stolen by a gang of incel predators!

This service more than paid for itself. We had 2 PCs and 1 laptop that they updated under this plan.

Buy and rest assured you're protected! I'll never not have this service with my best buy purchases.

You are liers you sent me into store 5 times and 5 times nothing but excuses not from store but your call in center you think its ok to not give your associates the correct info you give them no way to fix the problem you created you take no responsibility for you lies period i order stuff off line you smashed my stuff my case told be tough luck horrible customer services i cant have something ordered and sent to store because you all lie i pay 200 bucs for total tect and its a joke

This monitor is absolutely amazing. Coming from mid range ips and 165hz displays, this is far better
