I recently had an issue with my Sonos speakers and had called and gone to the store but wasn’t able to get the issue resolved. When I called again and spoke to Chris, he was patient, listened, showed empathy, and expressed concern. He was clearly trained to de-escalate a situation and think creatively about how to address my problem. Although he was not able to thoroughly address my concern, I felt good after the interaction. I felt that someone had listened and tried to find a solution to my problem. I am a long-time Best Buy customer, and before speaking to Chris, I started to doubt my loyalty. Best Buy protection plan is the best thing you can do to ensure your electronics

Excellent headphones. Sounds as good as any other closed back I've tried but in so lacks the sound stage most others the same brand has. Hooked up to my PC via analog it still sounds the same but hooking it up to a phone analog probably won't sound the same. The biggest issue I had was latency which isn't normally noticable. It can come out with enough delay in YouTube to where lips don't synch which is why I used analog. Another issue which can be bypassed is that sound suggestions or anc can be a bit finiky on auto. These headphones have great sound depth and are very comfortable and very light. I've fallen asleep multiple times wearing them.

Best buy total tech is an excellent option on purchases. It allows you to have a 2 year warranty to return items of they stop working, become damaged, or just want to return the item without question, (in working order of course).

Gotta have it! Don’t get hosed on repairs and get the protection!

It’s a great product that combines security, convenience, and intelligence. I highly recommend it.

Each and everyone, these fine young women and gentlemen took care of me on each, and every one of my products that I have bought. For my new washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a whole new Sonos surround sound system. In each, and every one of these products have worked flawlessly, since I bought them over the last few months.. From top to bottom, they are top notch and really take care of the customers. Best Buy Protection is amazing I remember when I was having issues with my phone I was able to trade it with no problem or when my earbuds stopped working correctly & I was able to get a new pair and not have to pay for them in full!!!! Also the workers are helpful and very efficient!!!!
