It's not easy to delete this from the cart once it's been activated. -And I didn't want to activate it. I only clicked on it to see if it was "free" or in I would start receiving a charge. I imagine there are many who are unaware that they've "agreed" to pay for this --Now I the Customer must spend my time calling them or chatting with them to remove the protection. Sneaky of Best Buy to do this.

Webroot stuffed into order - added to cart - not requested/wanted. Best Buy refused to correct purchase. Stuck with purchase/association.

The Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.), has a lot of FINE PRINT and the 800# is operated by 3rd party out-of-country help that is difficult to communicate with.

Best Buy does not honor these service agreements in my experience. Purchased gaming laptop- stopped charging three months in. Best Buy says I am on my own to resolve the issue even though I pay for the Total Tech membership.

I bought unit in Jan 2021 - it's been installed and uninstalled. I had to exchange the unit to another one which is yet to be installed on Mar 28, 2022.

This is not the protection plan I asked to purchase, but the salesman refused to sell me the other 4 yr plan for each item. I made a huge mistake not just going to Amazon for my purchases.

Big promises and then they don't keep them I was lied to by the store manager they said they could come to my home for set up but..sh.t when I called they said that I was lying

Too loud. Set up easy but the noise level is to loud. It’s a shame because the set up was easy.

Always has water on the bottom. Look like its freezing and then defrosted by itself.

The technician did not get my printer working. Its not working as we speak. I paid $79. Fee and service was horrible. No printer working. I want to know what now?

Save your money so you can go someplace else to buy what you need. What you are told about the protection plan is not what the salesperson says. Even when you have a defective item you are unable to get your money back. Store credit - As if...

Extremely disappointed with this setup. Worked great for a few months, but now wireless speeds are slow, devices won't always connect, and the mesh node stopped connecting. I've reset everything back to factory defaults which solves the connectivity issues for a week or so, but then I'm back to the same issues.

Save your money here and skip the add on “Total Tech” membership. BB customer service has sadly been steadily declining the past two years or so, and now is at a level of failure in meeting the most basic standards provided at no cost by everyone else.

Pricey and not sure I'll use it but probably worth getting.

Would not recommend the warranty thru Geek Squad unless you get a full understanding what all the warranty covers. When we tried to get the tv looked at before returning it we received conflicting information from Geek Squad & Best Buy. So we just decided to return it.

Outside of the installation of my TV, everything else is a disappointment. Issues with my TV, and now I have to wait 2 weeks for a tech to look at it. Online support is less than useless. $2500 TV. Can't use many of the features for 2 weeks. Best Buy, you never disappoint...
